We help your people, and your organisation, achieve their goals through a mixture of theoretical and practical training programmes. We listen to you, understand your needs, and build a bespoke programme around your people.

How Do I Know if Business Coaching Is Right for Me?

Professional Coaching can benefit all organisations, regardless of size or industry. Whether you need to learn new sales skills, or are having difficulty with tough negotiations, if you feel there is room for improvement then professional coaching could be the answer.

Do You Only Work With Established Companies?

We work with organisations of all sizes. Our clients include major companies like Ricoh and JCB, but we also work with smaller firms such as professional services organisations like accountants and solicitors. We are also able to offer coaching to new entrepreneurs.

Do You Offer Ongoing Consulting Services?

Yes! Our services include ongoing coaching, either through a programme of on-site one-to-one mentoring, or via follow-ups via email and phone calls. For larger projects, we can devise multiple modules spaced out over a period of twelve to eighteen months.

He prefers an interactive approach, inviting delegates to provide their input and strongly believes in tailoring each training programme to the audience. Robin does not believe in off-the-shelf solutions, because each organisation, like its people, is unique.
