Many clients have told us that the inability to visit clients face-to-face is having a detrimental impact on their business. Without the ‘personal touch’ of body-language cues, it is harder to motivate and influence prospects, more challenging to pick up on non-verbal cues, and tougher all-around to get deals over the line.

Robin delivered 2-full days, 100% remotely - this isn’t an easy task but Robin did very well in keeping the training interactive, “virtually experiential”, interest/involvement levels high and some very good real-life examples. When people are used to the typical office experience, remote work can be a lonely, isolating, and frustrating experience. The leadership skills that have succeeded in the past are unlikely to motivate our people or enhance our productivity. 

When Covid hit we quickly moved like most people to a Teams call every morning trying to motivate our salesforce to still make virtual face to face visits with our clients. However likely most organisations this quickly turned into ‘death by Teams meetings’. That’s when we turned to Robin. Robin was able to guide us in splitting our 120 Europe-wide team-members into smaller manageable chunks as well as splitting the programme into 4 two hour modules. We have found that not only has the programme increased the proactivity across Europe, it has also allowed the teams to work better in collaboration.
